LIGHTWEIGHT INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, KEPT SIMPLE.
Twyft Economy is designed for small International parcels up to 2 kg where simplicity matters more than tracking every stage of final delivery.
You’ll still receive Twyft journey updates while we collect or accept your parcel, process it and move it into the International delivery network. Once it enters the downstream Economy service, end-to-end tracking to the recipient is not included.

WHEN TO CHOOSE TWYFT ECONOMY
Your parcel is small and lightweight
Up to 2 kg and within the Economy size limits.
You do not need tracking to final delivery
Twyft keeps you updated through the Twyft part of the journey, but Economy does not include end-to-end tracking to the recipient.
Loss or damage protection is not important for this shipment
Twyft Economy does not include parcel protection for loss or damage.
You want a simple International option
Enter the actual destination, parcel details and declared value and Twyft will confirm whether Economy is available.

How it works
FROM QUOTE TO ONWARD DELIVERY.
Get your quote and book
Enter the destination, parcel size and value. If Twyft Economy is available for your shipment, complete the booking and customs information online.
Collection or drop-off
Choose collection or an available Twyft drop-off option, then prepare your parcel using the instructions provided with your booking.
Twyft prepares the International shipment
We process the parcel and the customs information supplied during booking, then move it into the International Economy delivery network.
Onward delivery
After international handover, the parcel continues through the downstream Economy delivery network to the recipient. End-to-end tracking to final delivery is not included.
You won’t lose sight of the parcel immediately after booking. Twyft keeps you updated through the Twyft-controlled part of the journey. Economy simply does not include end-to-end tracking through to final delivery.
Customs and destination charges
Duties, taxes and clearance charges can depend on the destination, goods and declared value. The booking journey will show the acknowledgements that apply to your shipment, and the recipient may be contacted by the destination authority or delivery network where charges are due.
