Delivery priority matters
Choose Express when getting the parcel to its destination through the priority International service matters more than selecting the lower-cost Economy or Tracked option.
You want confirmation of successful delivery
Express includes proof of delivery as part of the delivery journey, giving you additional assurance that the shipment has reached its destination.
The consequences of delay or unsuccessful delivery are higher
Express is suited to shipments where timing and delivery certainty matter — whether the parcel contains important documents, replacement items, valuable goods or something personally important.
You want stronger parcel-protection options
£50 parcel protection is included as standard. For eligible shipments, you can add protection up to the full declared value during booking.
DON’T NEED PRIORITY DELIVERY?
Choose Twyft Tracked when you want tracking and weight-based protection without stepping up to priority Express, or Twyft Economy for smaller, lighter parcels when end-to-end tracking and included parcel protection are not important.
How it works
FROM QUOTE TO CONFIRMED DELIVERY.
Get your quote and book
Enter the destination, parcel weight, dimensions and declared value. Twyft will show the Express options available for that shipment, including any eligible additional parcel-protection option. Complete the booking and customs information online.
Collection or drop-off
Choose collection or an available Twyft drop-off option and prepare your parcel using the booking instructions.
Twyft prepares the International shipment
Twyft processes your parcel and the customs information supplied during booking, then prepares it for the priority International delivery service.
Follow it through to delivery
Track the parcel through the delivery journey. Express includes proof of delivery, giving you confirmation when the shipment has reached its destination.
From booking through to confirmed delivery, Express keeps the shipment visible through the delivery journey while Twyft remains your point of contact.
Customs and destination charges
Duties, taxes and clearance charges can depend on the destination, goods and declared value. The booking journey will show the acknowledgements that apply to your shipment, and the recipient may be contacted by the destination authority or delivery network where charges are due.
