TRACKED INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, WITH MORE VISIBILITY.
Twyft Tracked is designed for International shipments where you want to follow the parcel through the delivery journey without choosing the priority Express service. Tracking continues beyond Twyft’s own handling stages, giving you more visibility as the parcel moves through the International delivery network.
Availability depends on the destination, parcel dimensions, weight and declared value. Enter the actual shipment details and Twyft will show whether Tracked is available.

Tracked gives you shipment visibility beyond Twyft’s own handling stages and through the onward International delivery journey.
Your parcel needs more capacity than Economy offers
Tracked can accommodate parcels up to 30 kg and 65 × 50 × 50 cm, subject to the actual destination and shipment details.
You want some protection against loss or damage
Tracked includes loss & damage protection of £10 per kg, up to £100.
You don’t need the priority Express service
Choose Tracked when tracking and visibility matter, but priority Express delivery is not necessary for the shipment.
Need a simpler option or priority delivery?
Compare Twyft Economy if tracking and parcel protection are not important for this shipment, or Twyft Express where priority delivery and the Express protection options better suit what you’re sending.

Get your quote and book
Enter the destination, parcel size and value. If Tracked is available for your shipment, complete the booking and customs information online.
Collection or drop-off
Choose collection or an available Twyft drop-off option and prepare your parcel using the booking instructions.
Twyft prepares the International shipment
Twyft processes your parcel and the customs information supplied during booking, then moves it into the tracked International delivery network.
Follow the delivery journey
Tracking continues as your parcel moves through the International delivery network, giving you visibility through the onward journey to delivery.
Tracking doesn’t stop when the parcel leaves Twyft’s hands. Tracked continues to provide journey visibility as the parcel moves through the onward International delivery network.
Customs and destination charges
Duties, taxes and clearance charges can depend on the destination, goods and declared value. The booking journey will show the acknowledgements that apply to your shipment, and the recipient may be contacted by the destination authority or delivery network where charges are due.
